Allwest needed refresh to their online presence as well as address a few common pain points that they frequently faced in their field.

The purpose of the redesign was to address some major pain points but to also outline their newly structured offerings. Aligning the services offered with Allwest’s value system addressed common misconceptions and turn offs early and and accurately.
Allwest Call Centers had several specific requirements for the design to reach the desired demographic. The design needed to be welcoming and reassuring to women of all ages in family homes as well as emphasize Allwest’s competence and quality of employees.
The process was not included in my responsibilities for this particular project.
I provided the standards compliant front end HTML and CSS to be passed off to the back end developers who then integrated the code into Sharepoint.
